Meet the Team
Engineering in Poland has grown from an agile 60-person R&D site into a 700+ person strategic innovation hub supporting Splunk Platform Engineering, Security, and Observability. As part of Cisco, the hub connects global engineering priorities with Poland’s technology talent and contributes to products used across the business. The team works across Engineering, Product, Customer Experience, People, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other partners, balancing a collaborative technical culture with the scale and rigor of an enterprise organization. This is an opportunity to help shape the hub’s next chapter as it evolves after the acquisition and expands its impact across Cisco.
Your Impact
Serve as a strategic operations partner to Engineering leaders, enabling directors, managers, and teams to focus on delivery while strengthening site performance, alignment, and transparency. Lead planning and leadership rhythms, translating executive goals into site priorities, tracking decisions and organizational health, and surfacing risks. Partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition, People, and Engineering leaders to manage workforce capacity, budgets, and site programs with sound governance and discretion. Improve operating processes, reporting, and tools while aligning legacy Splunk practices with Cisco frameworks and preserving the hub’s agility. Success means leaders have reliable data and clear decisions, resources align with product priorities, and the Poland hub remains an engaged, effective center of engineering excellence.
