The Sr. Business Operations Analyst will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Business Operations and will act as a right-hand lead to the organization. The ideal will be a collaborative, forward thinker who is proactive and passionate about Operational process improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and execute strategic Business Operations processes
- Mentor and train Jr. Sales and Revenue Operations Analysts
- Assist in development of SoPs for Business Operations organization
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive go to market initiatives and process improvements
- Assist in development of critical KPIs for Business Operations organization
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of sales technology and systems
- Manage all UAS Marketplace operations, including purchase order review, CRM opportunity creation and closure, and oversight of end-to-end marketplace sales activities.
- Maintain and update internal pricing files, including SKUs, product descriptions, pricing accuracy, and data integrity.

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong emphasis on compliance, accountability, and adherence to standards/regulations
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to cross function
- Proven knowledge of the end-to-end order process from Lead to order fulfillment
- Proven knowledge of Business Operations flow from pre-award to Sales Operations to Revenue Operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven experience in a CRM and ERP platform with the ability to analyze data to create reporting for C level leadership
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a huge plus
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Some travel required (up to 25%)
- Experience in a rapidly growing environment
- Direct experience with Government orders
