THE ROLE

  • Solve business problems and mathematical modeling to accelerate digital marketing efforts. Find insights and develop the right data solutions
  • Organize large amounts of data from multiple data sources to find answers to performance questions and solutions to business problems
  • Work with data from multiple sources to create the data solutions required to provide thorough and timely reporting.
  • Define key business questions and build the models and data sets that answer these questions.
  • End-to-end creation of data solutions, required to provide automated solutions in support of digital marketing campaign execution.
  • Identify trends and KPIs to improve marketing channel performance.
  • Perform data deep dives to understand changing trends and find answers to business problems..
  • Identify, coordinate and aggregate data from a variety of sources.
  • Collaborate with executive and operational teams in the design and development of executive management level reports
  • Responsible for data testing, file load coordination and validation. Use Excel and SQL, research, identify and propose solutions for data discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence applications including operational reports, dashboards, scoreboards and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Develop and automate ETL processes that involve data cleansing, error, reconciliation handling and process monitoring utilizing Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Design dimensional models with conformed dimensions, following the business processes.
  • Utilize Tableau in designing and building the reporting, Dashboard, Portal environment. Create processes for capturing and maintaining BI metadata
  • Create BI system documentation and ensure it is maintained. Use query optimization techniques and knowledge consolidating disparate data sets into usable data.
  • Use Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL database) and public cloud platform (AWS) and its data analytics services. Optimize traffic channels. Operational processes of new campaign launches


2 years of experience required in job offered or as Business and Market Data Analyst.

Option to telecommute two days a week.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing

Salary expectations: $110,000/yr
