The Senior Digital Specialist is a hands-on role at the intersection of technology, process excellence, and applied AI enablement. This position ensures that Revenue Organization tools and digital capabilities are properly configured, integrated, and embedded into daily workflows to drive standardization, visibility, and performance improvement.
The Specialist acts as a super-user, configurator, and trainer across core revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Seismic, …), while also supporting the responsible adoption of AI-enabled capabilities. The role partners closely with IT, business stakeholders, and process leaders to optimize tool usage, enhance workflow automation, and ensure digital solutions deliver measurable business value
ResponsibilitiesTool Administration & Optimization
Administer core Revenue IT tools (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, Account Engagement, Oracle CPQ, Seismic) including user access, permissions, and governance
Ensure proper integration of tools within DN’s broader IT and systems landscape
Perform functional testing in Sandbox environments prior to production deployment
Identify and assess new system functionalities to enhance DN’s Revenue IT tool stack
Support data accuracy, master data alignment, and system interface consistency
Digital & AI Enablement
Support embedding AI-enabled outputs (e.g., copilots, intelligent assistants, analytics tools) into daily business workflows
Validate AI outputs for usability, consistency, and business relevance
Provide structured feedback on tool performance, usability gaps, and enhancement opportunities
Monitor usage patterns and adoption metrics for both digital tools and AI-enabled capabilities
Support responsible and effective use of AI solutions within Revenue Operations
Enablement & Change Management
Act as a super-user and trainer, enabling business teams to adopt tools effectively
Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and user documentation
Translate technical system capabilities into clear business value
Support change management initiatives to build a digital-first and continuous improvement culture
Partner with Lean practitioners and business stakeholders to embed tools into process improvement initiatives
Performance & Governance
Track tool adoption and system utilization to identify optimization opportunities
Ensure digital tools provide accurate and actionable performance insights
Support governance standards for system usage and workflow execution
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or computer science & business informatics or equivalent operational experience
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, SFDC implementation and operation of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Knowledge of Marketing solutions like Salesforce Account Engagement and experience with managing the end-to-end sales lead process
Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ configuration, administration, and support within a sales or revenue operations environment
- Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize digital tools
Good understanding of how an integrated systems landscape works, incl. related processes, system interfaces, customer data integration and master data management integrations
- Strong ability to collaborate and network, in complex international matrix organizations, with the proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and build mutually beneficial relationships
- Excellent training and communication skills; able to translate technical features into business value
- Project management skills; ability to balance multiple tool deployment and support initiatives
- Work model: Hybrid (2 times per week assist to the office)

Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish strongly preferred
