Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems, Commerce or Marketing.
Minimum 5 years minimum in sales of engineering services
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting and recruiting sources
Minimum 2 years in equipment management.

Activities:

Guarantee the proper management of the BMs in charge.

Review business strategies every semester.

Attend monthly meetings with General Management to review objectives.

Prepare and monitor an Action Plan to achieve objectives.

Schedule weekly meetings with your team to review prospecting and account opening.

Provide support to your BMs in prospecting, recruiting, project closing, as well as account management.

Guarantee the opening of new accounts.

Generate prospecting of potential clients (telephone, social networks, events, mail, etc.), aligned with the commercial strategy

Present and sell the company's services to clients and identify client needs to generate value and high-impact proposals.

Identify new opportunities with your active clients.

Ensure the necessary documentation is duly signed before starting projects with clients (new or active)

Generate action plan to achieve objectives.

Authorize expenses on projects.

Participate in the internal initiatives of ALTEN Mexico.
