We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Business Manager with our awesome team in Auckland.
The role:
As a Senior Business Manager, you’ll play a leading role in the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated media campaigns across your client portfolio.
You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders, lead campaign execution end-to-end, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Internally, you’ll collaborate across specialist teams while mentoring junior talent and driving strong operational and commercial outcomes.
Core responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated media campaigns across traditional and digital channels (primarily TV and offline)
Own day-to-day client relationships, ensuring high-quality service, proactive communication and strong stakeholder alignment
Oversee campaign implementation, supplier coordination, performance monitoring and reporting
Support planning and strategy teams with insights, market context and client perspective on briefs
Mentor and support junior team members, building capability and maintaining high delivery standards
A bit about you:
An experienced media professional with strong planning and campaign management expertise
Confident managing client relationships and presenting recommendations to stakeholders
Commercially aware, with an understanding of campaign performance, billing and forecasting
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in media agency in an offline planning/buying or client leadership capacity
Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across traditional and digital media
Strong knowledge of media tools and systems (e.g. Nielsen, AQX, CCS, booking platforms)
Experience preparing reports, post-campaign analysis and planning documentation
Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related field (desirable)
