Senior Business Management Coordinator
Join our team to support financial governance, operational management, and strategic decision-making across Network Accounting and Procurement functions. What You Will Be Responsible For
Strategic Financial Stewardship
- Drive budget governance by validating assumptions, reviewing business case inputs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, and escalating significant risks and opportunities to leadership.
- Analyze budget versus actual results and forecast movements, providing root-cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
- Support day-to-day business operations to ensure the timely delivery of projects and services.
- Assist with planning and execution of operational initiatives while escalating issues when necessary.
- Serve as a key point of contact for operational inquiries and coordinate with subject matter experts when required.
Financial Control & Analysis
- Monitor and reconcile budget versus actual spend across key cost categories.
- Partner with budget owners to provide detailed variance analysis by owner, project, and vendor.
- Identify trends, recurring cost drivers, and one-time expenses while tracking savings opportunities and financial performance against targets.
- Manage procure-to-pay activities, including PO creation, approvals, invoicing controls, and PO lifecycle management for consumption-based services.
- Apply strong accounting fundamentals, including knowledge of debits, credits, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Reporting & Decision Support
- Transform financial and operational data into concise executive-level reporting and recommendations.
- Prepare management reporting packages, forecast updates, quarterly reviews, and ad hoc executive presentations.
- Support leadership decision-making through meaningful financial analysis and business insights.
Operational & Vendor Management Support
- Act as a liaison with vendors regarding requests, quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure vendor invoices align with purchase orders and contractual terms.
- Coordinate resolution of billing discrepancies, contract exceptions, and procurement-related matters with internal stakeholders.
What You Need to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong accounting background with solid understanding of debits, credits, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience with Budget, Forecast, and Variance Analysis.
- Experience supporting business and operational leaders through financial insights.
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
