ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing analytical support, research, and BI report development that supports real estate strategy workstreams across a client’s real estate portfolio. Ability to develop a storyline and executive deliverables that aid stakeholder consensus and approval.
Comfort extracting and analyzing large data sets. Experience in data governance best practices which ensure sustainable, automated reporting.
Insure transaction action timing visibility(lease end date/renewal notifications/TI expirations/etc), providing insights to the client to insure relevant dates are actioned in a timely manner.
Strong eye for executive infographics, distilling complex data sets to action-oriented insights.
Support the client’s operational priorities and real estate strategy through cross-functional partnership. Work with team members to perform research, quantitative and qualitative analyses, and then organize data into logical communications and client presentation materials.
Support client’s internal capital and budget planning processes, as required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Support ad-hoc strategic projects as client needs arise.
Assist with the implementation of portfolio plans that align with client’s real estate goals and objectives
Maintain database of transaction activity
Ensure accuracy of all transaction reports
Assist in measuring transactional performance
Assist Portfolio Managers in ensuring that all client and broker engagement documentation is executed
Assist with determining client needs and communicate project parameters
Assist in ensuring accuracy of financial data and reporting
Produce and/or support business case development
Analytics & Tech Enablement: Leverage AI-powered analytics, portfolio dashboards, and data platforms for feasibility analysis and proposal development
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required in related field.
Strong experience in Microsoft Power BI is required; supplemental experience with ESRI and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is greatly preferred.
Prior experience in commercial real estate is required.
Real estate licenses preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
