The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer is responsible for interpreting and translating complex business needs into scalable, actionable data solutions. This role focuses on defining, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and CRM Analytics (CRMA). The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders to apply strong critical thinking skills: analyzing data trends, questioning assumptions, and continuously validating approaches to drive innovative and strategic decision-making.Job Description
Responsibilities:- Data Visualization & Business Intelligence:
- Critical Thinking & Analytical Rigor:
- Continuously review and refine BI models, ensuring that insights are not only accurate but also actionable.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring BI solutions meet real-world needs.
- Strategic Metrics & Performance Indicators:
- Cross-functional Team Collaboration:
- Dashboard Enhancement & Visual Storytelling:
- Communication of Complex Concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- Understanding of data pipeline concepts (e.g. ETL, scripting common analysis workflows)
- Have experience applying experimentation and advanced statistical methods to measure incremental impact across user lifecycle initiatives.
- Highly proficient with SQL and have experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, CRMA)
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- Prior commerical real estate experience (national firm experience preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in roles requiring discretion, autonomy, and organizational leadership.
- Prior experience supporting executives or high-net-worth individuals is strongly preferred.
