As a Senior Analyst, you will leverage data to drive strategic decision-making through compelling visualizations and in-depth analysis. Data Quality Assurance & Management
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by enforcing data entry standards.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Develop and implement best practices for data integrity and governance.
Reporting & Analytics
- Provide data-backed insights to broker teams for internal and external reporting.
- Generate and distribute monthly pipeline reports with historical trend analysis.
- Prepare and deliver Year-End (YE) and Quarterly (QE) reports summarizing team performance.
- Support competitive market intelligence by collaborating on a centralized comp database
Business Intelligence & Data Visualization
- Create advanced BI applications to support data-driven decision-making for business leaders and clients.
- Design and maintain dashboards to visualize trends and key performance metrics.
- Identify and improve data infrastructure and visualization tools.
Strategic & Client Engagement
- Partner with Capital Markets teams to develop deliverables that enhance client relationships and drive new business.
- Analyze sales bids to track client activity and pricing trends.
- Advise on market trends and capital movements that impact profitability.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Collaboration & Training
- Serve as a liaison between broker teams, IT, and internal stakeholders to optimize data tools.
- Develop and deliver training on data entry best practices and reporting tools.
- Work cross-functionally with Technology, Marketing, and Operations to implement innovative solutions.
Innovation & Problem-Solving
- Explore and integrate new technologies to improve data analysis and visualization.
- Establish standards and best practices for BI and reporting.
Key Performance Metrics:

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or a similar role.
- Curiosity and experience exploring emerging technologies such as AI, large language models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), and agent-based workflows to enhance analytics and automate business insights.
- Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI to data analysis, reporting automation, and decision support.
- Expertise in creating data visualizations that drive actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and client-facing expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, CRMA, Tableau, or similar tools such as Tableau, d3.js, or Mapbox
- Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to harmonize various data sources.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
