You will support the Sam’s Club Sales Team in achieving performance targets and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals by developing and executing data-driven programs. Your insights will guide Sales Leadership in identifying risks and opportunities tied to strategic initiatives.
This role requires ongoing analysis of sales and inventory productivity, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT, Supply Chain, Pricing, Legal, and Category Management to deliver measurable business results.
What You’ll Do
Continually optimize structure, processes, and metrics to drive business results. Complete various administrative tasks associated with Data Management and Business Analytics (with a focus on Process Improvement). Tasks include item creation & maintenance, price changes, new product execution, inventory management.
Support the Sam's Club Sales Team in achieving Operational Metrics and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Targets. Support creation, implementation, and execution of programs/projects (as directed) to meet AOP goals. Advise Sales Leadership of the risks and opportunities associated with recommended action plans.
Provide continuous detailed analysis on the state of the Sam's Club business, delivering regular updates on sales & inventory productivity.
Work with Information Technology (IT), Supply Chain, Pricing, Categories, Legal, and other cross-functional contacts to generate business results and operational improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Master’s degree in Business desired.
3+ years of experience in Business Support or related function.
3+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a complex work environment.
