Your Area of Responsibilities:
- Business Process and Requirements and Data Flow Analysis, Improvement and Consulting in international Life Sciences / IT projects
- Provide your process and subject matter expertise in utilizing your knowledge of different system landscapes
- Translate technical subject matter into concise, clear communication understood by technical and non-technical leaders and users
- Drive business process improvement initiatives
- Support in implementing the strategy of our Life Science services
- Identify opportunities to improve services and delivery to our international customers
Your Qualification & Experience:
- University Degree in Sciences or an equivalent background
- 8+ years hands-on work experience as a Business Informatics Analyst within life sciences industry
- Broad understanding and interest in R&D in the life science industry
- Track record in regulated environments (GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11) and IT projects
- Good communicator, networker, open minded
- Used to work as a service provider
- Flexible in providing on-site consultancy and willingness to occasionally travel (Europe)
- Fluency in English and French
- Certifications are a plus: Business Requirements Engineering (IREB), PMP/PMI, SCRUM, Six Sigma, ITIL, etc.
