Job Description

Reporting to the GM Business Improvement, you will play a critical role in optimizing the operational landscape and evolving our operating model. By leading complex improvement initiatives, fostering stakeholder engagement, and identifying cost-saving opportunities, you will contribute directly to the success of Intellihub.

Your Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and deliver initiatives that achieve cost savings and drive operational efficiency
  • Identify, prioritize, and govern improvement opportunities aligned with strategic goals
  • Partner with Technology and other Business Units to uncover opportunities and accelerate value delivery
  • Engage stakeholders to understand challenges, align initiatives, and communicate progress effectively
  • Work with senior leaders to design and implement new operating models
  • Develop business cases to secure approval for value-adding projects that enhance productivity and performance
  • Use KPIs, metrics, and value driver trees to uncover insights and improvement areas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, accounting or related field
  • Proven experience delivering business improvement projects in complex environments
  • Experience in Operational or Manufacturing industries 
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing abilities
  • Knowledge of digital transformation, change management, and project delivery frameworks
  • Demonstrated leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills to influence decision-making
  • Proficiency in operational assessments, recommendation development, and framework implementation
