The Private Bank Data & Analytics Tribe Domain provides high quality data to Privat Bank and Group consumers (Risk, Finance, Treasury, Sales, AFC, and Compliance). It is a critical enabler for the Private Bank and Group Key Deliverables to achieve strategic outcomes, steering sales activities and meet regulatory commitments. The data delivery teams operate big data solutions on various platforms and technologies and providing data solutions for various key data stakeholders across Private Bank and Group.
Responsibilities:Senior Business Functional Analysis is responsible for business solution design as a whole in complex project environments (e.g. transformational programmes). The Work includes:
- Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation
- Analysing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes
- Designing and assisting businesses in developing optimal target state business processes
- Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation
- Answering questions of methodological approach with varying levels of complexity
- Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing and maintaining solutions
General skills:
- Several years of professional experience in business analysis in the financial services sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving experience
- Experience handling of the test procedure model including usage of the central release management and quality management processes during the software LiveCycle
- German language skills are welcome - Fluent English language skills are needed
Domain specific skills:
Key is to have functional knowledge in the following subject areas:
- Good knowledge of Retail Banking product and costumer processes
- Several years of professional experience in business analysis in the financial services sector, in particular expertise in the field of banking regulation (e.g. KYC, CRS/FATCA, money market statistics, deposit protection law)
Technically the following knowledge is needed:
- Hands-on experience with Python/PySpark and Hive on Hadoop as well as BigQuery on Google Cloud
- Good understanding of usage of analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau, Jedox, Google Looker or Microsoft Power BI
- Mainframe and SAS base knowledge is desirable
- Usage of the central release management and quality management systems and processes during the software
- development lifecycle, e.g., Confluence, HP- Lifecycle Management (ALM), Jira, ServiceNow
People skills:
- Ability to influence target groups and to get them involved into your solutions, you have good communication skills, and you are a proactive team player
