Das Global Regulatory & Risk Team ist für das Projektmanagement globaler und multiregionaler regulatorischer und Risiko‑Projekte verantwortlich. Wir schlagen die Brücke zwischen regulatorischen Anforderungen und deren regionaler Umsetzung, agieren auf internationaler Ebene und haben Freude daran, komplexe regulatorische und risikobezogene Themen in konkrete Maßnahmen und Umsetzungspläne zu überführen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du analysierst und bewertest die Auswirkungen von Änderungen im AFC‑ und Risk‑Framework der DB, insbesondere im Kontext regulatorischer und policy‑bezogener Anpassungen, und arbeitest dabei eng mit Global AFC, KYC, Compliance‑ und Business‑Teams sowie den relevanten Standorten zusammen.

• Du definierst und stimmst detaillierte fachliche Anforderungen mit zentralen Stakeholdern innerhalb der DB ab – insbesondere mit Teams aus AFC, KYC, Client Lifecycle Management, Business, COO und Operations.

• Du übernimmst die länder‑ und regionenübergreifende Koordination von Projekten und stellst eine konsistente Umsetzung an allen Standorten sicher, unter Berücksichtigung spezifischer fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen sowie durch ein globales Monitoring der regionalen Implementierungen.

• Du koordinierst die Anpassung globaler interner und externer Dokumente, wie z. B. Kundenverträge, Kundenanschreiben oder KOPs.

• Du organisierst und steuerst globale, projektbezogene interne Trainings‑ und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.

• Du bereitest Projekt‑Updates für verschiedene globale Governance‑Gremien der DB vor und präsentierst diese adressatengerecht.

Deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

• Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis von Produkten und Aktivitäten im Private Banking sowie über sehr gute Kenntnisse des regulatorischen Anti‑Financial‑Crime‑Rahmenwerks und der relevanten Prozesse und Systeme (u. a. Anti‑Money Laundering, KYC, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti‑Fraud, Bribery & Corruption, Investigations & Intelligence, Monitoring & Screening sowie Risk Assessment).

• Du bringst mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung als Business Analyst mit, insbesondere in der Interpretation regulatorischer und policy‑getriebener AFC‑Anforderungen – idealerweise mit vorheriger Tätigkeit im AFC‑Umfeld.

• Du hast nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte oder Arbeitspakete über mehrere Standorte hinweg und kennst gängige Projektmanagement‑Methoden.

• Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Organisationstalent.

• Du zeichnest Dich durch Eigeninitiative, Neugier und Begeisterung für die Zusammenarbeit in multidisziplinären und internationalen Teams aus.

• Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.

About the area

The Global Regulatory & Risk Team is responsible for the project management of global and multi-regional regulatory and risk projects. We are making the link between regulatory requirements and regional implementation, moving on the international stage and loving to translate complex regulatory and risk issues into concrete actions and implementation plans.

Your key responsibilities

• You analyse and assess the impact of changes to the DB AFC and Risk framework, particularly in the context of regulatory or policy developments, working closely with Global AFC, KYC, Compliance and Business teams as well as with teams from the relevant locations.

• You define and align detailed business requirements with key stakeholders across DB, especially with AFC, KYC, Client Lifecycle Management, Business, COO and Operations teams.

• You take ownership of cross‑regional project coordination to ensure a consistent implementation across all locations, taking specific business and technical requirements into account and providing global oversight of regional implementations.

• You coordinate the adjustment of global internal and external documents, such as client contracts, client communications or KOPs.

• You organise and lead global, project‑related internal trainings and communication activities.

• You prepare and present project updates to various global governance bodies within DB in a clear and targeted manner.

Your skills and experiences

• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on economics/business studies or hold a comparable qualification.

• You have a solid understanding of Private Banking products and activities, combined with very strong knowledge of the Anti‑Financial‑Crime regulatory framework as well as related processes and systems (including Anti‑Money Laundering, KYC, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti‑Fraud, Bribery & Corruption, Investigations & Intelligence, Monitoring & Screening, and Risk Assessment).

• You bring several years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in interpreting regulatory and policy‑driven AFC requirements – ideally with prior experience in an AFC function.

• You have proven experience in managing complex projects or work packages across multiple locations and are familiar with common project management methodologies.

• You stand out through excellent analytical and conceptual skills, a structured working style, and strong organisational abilities.

• You demonstrate initiative, curiosity and enthusiasm for working in multidisciplinary and international teams.

• You have very strong communication skills in both German and English.
