The Senior Business & Financial Services Advisor provides technical assistance to strengthen participant contractors’ financial readiness, business infrastructure, and access to low-cost capital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one assistance in business planning, financial systems, and back-office operations
• Support contractors with bonding, insurance, permits, and certifications
• Facilitate access to low-cost capital including CDFIs, SBA, and MBDA resources
Requirements
- Experience in small business advising, finance, or economic development
- Knowledge of contractor financial requirements
