Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO 
As a Senior Business Expert in the Allocation Engines team within Value Stream Supply, you will play a pivotal role in enabling Sales Regions and Business Units to execute strategic supply planning through digital transformation. With a strong focus on innovation and efficiency, you will contribute to building a fully circular, customer-centric supply chain that drives business success. 

You will lead technical developments in both Microsoft Azure and SAP tech stacks that optimize and transform allocation processes, ensuring they align with our Brand Plan. Working closely with Product Manager, Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and key stakeholders, you will act as a bridge between end-user needs and tech product development, ensuring seamless collaboration and impactful results. Your ability to identify and prioritize desired outcomes, balancing business and technical perspectives, will be instrumental in shaping our future allocation strategies. 

In this senior role, beyond product development, you will bring a strategic mindset to discussions, ensuring that allocation solutions deliver measurable business value and contribute to operational excellence across the organization. You will ensure that end users and stakeholders are effectively engaged, supported, and empowered throughout the product lifecycle, driving adoption and long-term success.  

You will

  • Be an expert – contribute with knowledge, insights and deep understanding of technical and business areas.   

  • Set the development agenda and priorities for the business process and technical product that you are responsible for.    

  • Identify new product features based on desired business outcomes and customer needs, assessing feasibility and requirements.   

  • Align product roadmap with brand agenda and plan.   

  • Drive, coordinate and align the product team to ensure developments are prioritized, relevant and on time.   

  • Continuously engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications, also align on mutual understandings between business and tech stakeholders.   

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH 
The mission of Supply planning unit is to enable region and business units to maximize the value of availability, lead-time, cost and inventory in a sustainable way. We do this by leading the development, implementation and follow up of supply planning strategies, processes and technology. Our way to approach the work to deliver exponential value is via Value Streams, e2e Value Stream and Supply Value Stream, and integration of Reverse Supply Operations.

  • Experience in tech product development, preferably proficiency in Microsoft Azure and SAP ecosystems. 

  • Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, preferably retail allocation processes. 

  • Ability to communicate and engage business and tech stakeholders across functions.    

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex functional issues related to subject matter expertise.  

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional tech teams. 

  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
