Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Write, execute test scripts and document results
- Write user stories from requirements using SDLC formats
- Develop / Enhance Canvas & Model Driven Apps
- Gather and condition test data for both Development and UAT
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities.
- Review requirements and build the test scenarios/test scripts with minimal supervision.
- Work with product owner and perform testing, help with test coordination, defect reporting etc.
- Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.
- Facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Articulate product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for well-established technologies/ vendor relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Proficient Level experience in design and developing custom business apps (Canvas Apps, SharePoint Form Apps, Model Driven Apps)
Desired Qualifications:
- Application Development experience
- Experience in building automation workflows using Power Automate
- Proficient level understanding and working experience on Power Platform
- Proficient Level experience in Dataverse along with strong database relationship knowledge.
- Proficient Level experience in Dataverse Security Roles App and Columns level.
