In this role, you will:
- Act as a liaison between the business client and technical organization by planning, conducting and directing the analysis of complex business problems
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions to understand business problems and how proposed system enhancements address them while assessing impact to existing functionality and business processes
- Lead or participate in grooming sessions, author user stories, attend size/commit sessions, provide feedback in retrospectives
- Responsible for producing business requirement artifacts - including Use Cases, Business and Message Rules, User Stories, Supplemental (non-functional) Specifications, Business Validation Plans, and collaborate with stakeholders on large and complex projects
- Engaged throughout the project life cycle, from inception through post-install transition
- Work directly with all levels through senior management across the organization and be considered as a high-level expert
- Self-starter, work well under tight deadlines and be comfortable working with technical and business teams
- Work with user groups to develop training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and perform necessary requirements-gathering activities
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with using AI tools to capture business requirements and accelerate work
- Demonstrated ability to define, measure, and achieve business outcomes by establishing baseline metrics, setting target performance goals, and tracking progress to realization
- Experience working with the following applications J-Systems, Ops Online (1CBR), PYPP, 1CWK, GMTS or EMTS
- Business Analyst experience
- Payments experience within ISO20022, Wires, SWIFT, ACH, Sanctions, Investigations, electronic payments and/or other related payments
- Experience in projects in an agile environment, implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery mind-set
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Experience in writing user stories within an Agile environment
- Experience partnering with line of business to gather business requirements
- Experience identifying inefficiencies, finding opportunities to streamline business processes, and implementing change
- Process improvement experience
- Strong root cause analysis skills
- Financial services industry experience
- Risk management and mitigation experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
