The Role

About this role:
Join the Operational Excellence team in Global Operations, specifically within the Digital Transformation – No-code Workflow Automation unit.

As a Senior Digital Transformation Process Engineer, you will be a key player in driving process improvements through no-code workflow automation solutions, primarily through Alfresco Process Services. Leverage your consulting and process engineering experience to impact process efficiency and controls through simplification and rapid business process automation.

In this role, you will lead process automation efforts from initial concept to successful implementation in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Your ability to synthesize complex processes, develop actionable recommendations, and translate them into effective workflow
designs will be critical. You'll also have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders, guiding them through the delivery and change management lifecycle.

In this role, you will:
 

Drive Process Improvement & Workflow Automation

• Lead complex process improvement and workflow automation initiatives within a fast-paced environment across the Enterprise.
• Facilitate the design and build of workflow solutions in a no-code / low-code
environment.
• Oversee the solution deployment process and assists with change management and implementation of process improvements and workflow solutions.

Partner & Collaborate

• Leverage business acumen and soft skills to effectively manage stakeholder
relationships in a matrixed organization.
• Provide assistance in the development and advancement of our common enterprise Operational and Process Excellence framework, methods, techniques, tools, training, and language. Including the development of new process improvement techniques and services
• Provide thought leadership to continuously improve business processes and share best practices with the community of practice
• Consult with technology partners and business leaders to determine the most
effective solution to problems.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 3+ years of management consulting experience, preferably at a Big 4 consulting firm or financial institution

• 2+ years of DMAIC process improvement experience
• 2+ years of experience with workflow automation tools (Alfresco, Microsoft PowerApps, PEGA, Camunda)
• Highly refined and professional verbal and written presentation skills with an audience of technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Adaptable and progressive learner with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• A high performer who is proactive, can quickly solve problems and responds rapidly to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in process engineering

Job Expectations:

• Expect up to 10 % travel
• Must be able to report to the physical location according to the 3/2 hybrid schedule
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
