About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator to join the Chief Operating Office (COO), an organization dedicated to strengthening the company's risk and control infrastructure, driving operational excellence, and supporting effective business execution across the enterprise. In this role, you will help oversee and enhance Front Line Control Group supervision activities by monitoring sales, service, compliance, and operational practices, while identifying opportunities to improve controls, processes, policies, and customer-focused outcomes. You will partner closely with U.S. line of business leaders and key stakeholders to assess operational risk, evaluate the effectiveness of controls and supervision programs, support risk mitigation initiatives, and contribute to the successful execution of business priorities. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping drive a strong risk culture, improving operational efficiency, and supporting Wells Fargo's commitment to execution discipline, customer centricity, and continuous improvement In this role, you will: Conduct independent and objective Front Line Control Group supervision to help ensure sales, service, compliance, and operational activities are performed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls. Execute Centralized Supervision procedures and maintain a strong working knowledge of applicable bank policies, conduct risk activities, and supervisory requirements. Implement and monitor risk-based supervision activities, including performance triggers and program effectiveness measures, to identify and assess operational risk arising from processes, people, systems, or external events. Research, inspect, and monitor detection strategies and related outcomes, escalating identified concerns through appropriate channels. Test the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, initiatives, and internal controls; document findings and support the development and implementation of corrective action plans. Support moderately complex to complex projects and initiatives that mitigate operational risk or improve processes, procedures, policies, tools, and training. Analyze performance trends, triggers, and supervisory results, and provide procedural guidance and subject matter knowledge to business partners. Coordinate the preparation of periodic operational risk and supervision reports for management, helping ensure information is accurate, complete, and delivered within established timelines. Partner with U.S. lines of business and cross-functional stakeholders to support the consistent implementation of Community Banking control and efficiency initiatives related to sales and service practice risk. Identify and recommend opportunities to strengthen controls, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance the quality and consistency of supervisory activities. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ years of Community Relations, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Operational Risk, Control Management, or a related business support function. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, evaluate risks, and support process improvement initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple applications and systems while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines. 1+ year of experience leading a process, coordinating workflow activities, or supporting the execution of operational initiatives. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus. Experience in banking, financial services, operational risk, control management, compliance, conduct risk, or centralized supervision functions. Knowledge of risk and control frameworks, operational risk management practices, and regulatory requirements within a financial services environment. Experience supporting Community Banking or partnering with U.S.-based line of business teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and MS-Excel Job Expectations: Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned to U.S. business hours. Standard shift timing is 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST ; however, work hours may vary based on business needs, projects, and stakeholder requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Conducting independent and objective supervision within the Front Line Control Group ensuring strong and appropriate sales, service, compliance and operational behaviors, activities, and practices are followed while providing guidance, consultation, and advice on performance trends, triggers and results, including direction, leadership, guidance to ensure successful implementation and execution of Community Banking initiatives/practices relating to controls and efficiencies specific to sales and service practice risk, as well as identification and implementation of opportunities to improve policies, processes, procedures, tools, and training. - Assists with the implementation and monitoring of a risk-based Front Line Control Group supervision program, including performance triggers, measurement of initiatives and program effectiveness to identify and assess operational risk that arises from inadequate or failed internal processes, people, systems or external events. - Research, inspection and monitoring of detection strategies and their corresponding outcome. - Provides support for projects and initiatives to identify and mitigate operational risk or opportunities to improve processes, policies and/or tools. - Tests the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, initiatives and internal controls; drafts report of findings for operational risk management; identifies operational risk issues; and works with higher level consultants to analyze issues and assist in implementing action plans to address deficiencies and mitigate risk. - Assists in coordinating production of periodic operational risk performance reports for senior management. - Partnering, collaborating with U.S. LOB and partners - Maintain robust understanding of bank policy and procedures. - Executing Centralized Supervision procedures and maintaining working knowledge of conduct risk activities and supervision efforts.
