The Senior Business Editor will be part of Morningstar Sustainalytics's Editorial and Publications Team, which reviews and edits reports and other material produced by the Research & Methodology Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Review research produced by analysts from across the Research Products Team globally.• Edit research reports for clarity, consistency and accuracy.• Ensure that reports adhere to internal quality requirements, templates and guidelines.• Provide training and support for research products and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
¤ 3-5y of relevant professional work experience in copy editing, particularly in editing financial research.• Degree in related discipline, such as English, Communications or Journalism.• Strong writing and proofreading skills and attention to detail.• Ability to give constructive feedback.
¤ Strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders from multiple teams and at all levels.• Resourceful, flexible and able to embrace change and innovation.• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment.
¤ Solid working knowledge of Microsoft systems (including high proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
