We’re now seeking our first Senior BDR to support Lusha’s international expansion. Building on our hyper-growth and increasing demand in the region, Lusha will invest heavily in the Australian market to build upon our success and expand our local presence. 

Where does this role fit in our vision?

As the Senior BDR at Lusha’s new Sydney office, you will take responsibility for proactively targeting our Ideal Customers through proactive outbound activity while also engaging with the increasing volume of leads creating new meetings for our GTM team.

How You’ll Shape The Future Of our GTM

  • Engage with both inbound and outbound leads through multichannel outreach consisting of an average of 60- 80 dials daily to penetrate high-value prospects
  • Qualify prospects through discovery meetings to ensure an ideal fit for Lusha to create valid opportunities and pipeline 
  • Schedule qualified meetings for our sales team
  • Become a subject matter expert for Lusha’s product offerings and how we solve our Customer's data and GTM challenges

Requirements

Here’s What We Need From You

  • 1+ year of outbound business development experience, qualifying prospects and creating meetings
  • Experience with cold calling and email outreach 
  • Demonstrable experience of meeting outbound BDR quotas
  • Strong, professional and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence the Customer
  • Experience with CRM and email engagement tools
  • Competitive spirit and drive to meet and exceed quotas 
  • A goal-orientated, self-starter with strong initiative
