Join our team as a Senior Business Development Representative, where you will be dedicated to generating quality outbound leads for account executives. You’re excited to tackle the challenge of creating buzz, securing sales meetings, and pinpointing ideal prospects to bolster our ABM strategy. You'll spearhead diverse prospecting efforts, conducting discovery calls, software demos, and leveraging intent data from 6sense for targeted outreach. You see the value in TestFit and are passionate about bringing it to more users.
Responsibilities
- Heavy prospecting - 250 + new contacts reached out per week, via email, LinkedIn navigator, phone, carrier pigeon - whatever it takes.
- Solidifying 30+ meetings a quarter with well-qualified leads.
- Work with key members of the growth & sales team to develop target lists, outbound strategies and core messaging.
- Keep your HubSpot contacts meticulously clean and up to date with the latest interactions.
- Qualify non-trial / demo request
- Ability to overcome common initial objections to TestFit.
- Analyze CRM activity to inform prospect engagement.
- Proficiently link prospecting efforts with sales activities.
- Stay abreast of CRE market trends and share insights.
- Conduct outreach and discovery via calls, emails, and potentially live events.
- Operate TestFit during demos and possess basic design software knowledge.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a BDR or equivalent experience.
- Self-starter, disciplined time management, high energy, persistent and results-oriented.
- Strong technical acumen, including CRM experience.Passion for CRE / AEC, ideally with experience in the sector.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize daily activities.
- Demonstrate motivation to achieve goals without exception.
- Process- and detail-oriented.
- Professional but confident demeanor.
- Enthusiastic and creative, with the ability to inspire others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Travel:
Yes: A minimum of 2 times per year for a company retreat and team meeting.
