The Senior Business Development Operations Manager will play a critical part in optimizing the Business Development Representatives (BDR) function.
About the Team
The BDR team is focused on driving pipeline for BlackLine and developing future BlackLine Sales talent. As a member of the team you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and directly contributing to the success of our BDR team by helping them exceed quotas and drive revenue growth for BlackLine.
You'll Get To:
Develop and implement strategies to increase pipeline contribution at scale. You will equip the team with actionable insights to enable decisions on processes, programs, and investments that will drive productivity across the team. You will create reports and prepare insights that will be the basis of decision making with the leadership team.
Finally, you will work with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to establish and optimize processes, workflows, and handoffs between groups
What You'll Bring:
• Build/develop comprehensive reports to analyze BDR performance.• Own relationships with leadership, commissions, and finance teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.• Develop and maintain targeted lists of prospects and suspects for the BDR team.• Partner closely with marketing, sales, and enablement teams to identify and implement process improvements.• Evaluate sales technology tools and systems to streamline and automate BDR operations and improve productivity to optimize its functionality and integration with BDR processes.• Someone who has successfully partnered working cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and BDR teams.• Experience preparing regular reports and presentations to communicate BDR performance, initiatives, and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders.• Ability to drive, lead, and influence the coordination of resources in Marketing, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and BDR to create, plan and execute on outbound campaigns.• Experienced with analyzing data to derive insights to identify opportunities for outbound sales plays.• Strong working knowledge of the Lead to Customer process. (e.g. Lead Scoring, Lead Routing, Attribution Models, etc.)• Knowledge of the campaign process and the workflow between Marketing automation tools and Salesforce• Experience working with lead routing and can collaborate with Marketing Ops to set lead routing rules within Salesforce.• Strong working knowledge of demand generation KPIs and the ability to leverage insights to measure success and continuously improve the quality of outbound plays and the refinement of contact/prospect lists.• Prioritize tasks and manage competing demands to meet deadlines and achieve project goals in fast-paced environments.

Salary Range:
USD $134,000.00 - USD $179,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
