Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Manager within the Cymer Lightsource team, you will identify growth opportunities, cultivate strategic relationships, and contribute to the long-term success of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver innovative solutions.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with Cymer Lightsource objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Delivers value analysis and competitive positioning by working with the Business Lines (BL)
- Aligns with BL, Account Team and stakeholders of cross sector on target configuration
- Reaches agreement with the customer on final configuration, negotiating product value on basis of product evaluations and ROI analysis
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Analyze market trends to inform business planning and decision-making.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and partnership agreements.
- Drive installation and revenue recognition of upgrades and enhancements to closure with CS Operations team
- Manage sales order to closure
- Represent the Cymer Lightsource business line at industry events and conferences.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (required).
- Master of Business Administration or Master of Science degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and data analysis tools.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
$148,125-222,188Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
