Key Responsibilities
- Lead acquisition of large, strategic, or complex clients (primarily White Label).
- Own high-value deals from first contact through LOI and post-signing phases.
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor for key partners.
- Support and mentor Business Development Managers when needed.
- Contribute to pricing discussions, deal structuring, and commercial strategy.
- Participate in C-level negotiations and strategic meetings.
- Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, and product positioning.
- Maintain high forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline.
- Support cross-functional initiatives with Product, Compliance, and Operations.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships.
- Strong background in fintech, payments, banking, or infrastructure products.
- Proven track record of closing large and complex deals.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English (additional languages are a advantage).
