The Senior Business Development Manager position in a few words

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving the growth of our automation testing solutions, with a strong focus on expanding our presence in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in engineering fields such as mechanical, automation, electrical, or electronics, and a proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies for complex technical solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing industry, build relationships with global clients, and contribute to the company’s annual revenue growth.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals, focusing on the expansion of both domestic and international markets.
  • Drive international sales development, identifying and securing new clients for automation testing machine solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring the continuous growth of business in key markets.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored automation testing solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, R&D, etc.) to ensure product and service excellence.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the automation testing industry.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate in a few words

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, or Electronics.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling technical solutions or machinery in the automation or testing industries.
  • Knowledge and skills:
  • Proven track record in international sales and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of automation testing machines or related technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • A willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
