Drive Cross-Functional Wins: Collaborate seamlessly with Pre-Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Implementation teams to bring highly regulated, complex partnerships to life.
Your Mission
Build, maintain, and close a robust pipeline of high-value partnerships across our target verticals in Switzerland Tier 1 banks, regional and private banks, as well as working with fast growth digital challengers and fintechs
Create, iterate, and execute our go-to-market strategy, refining localized messaging, commercial pricing strategies, and custom-tailored pitches.
Actively manage senior-level stakeholders and navigate complex financial RFP processes within Swiss financial networks.
Achieve a realistic but ambitious annual new recurring revenue quota

Commercial Acumen: Strongly analytical and data-driven; you have a sharp head for economics and are comfortable owning high-value financial negotiations with institutional procurement and C-suite teams.
Mindset: An entrepreneurial, hands-on builder who is as excited about mapping out deep technical product integrations with a client as you are closing commercial structures.
