- Own and drive business development strategy for robotics products and solutions, aligning with overall company growth objectives.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with key customers, partners, and ecosystem players (OEMs, integrators, distributors).
- Build and manage strong executive‑level relationships with customers, serving as a trusted commercial and strategic partner.
- Lead end‑to‑end deal cycles, including opportunity qualification, value proposition development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to translate customer needs into product and solution roadmaps.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape in robotics and automation industries.
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, pricing models, and partnership frameworks for robotics offerings.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements as a business ambassador.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 8–12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in robotics, automation, industrial technology, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of robotics systems, automation solutions, and industrial applications.
- Proven track record of driving complex, high‑value deals and long sales cycles.
- Experience working with cross‑functional global teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking capability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving market environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to support customer and partner engagements.
