Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with significant experience in the electronics sector.
In this role, you will identify potential customers and be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, as well as building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in electronics and have the ability to provide outstanding customer service while representing customer needs within the organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities: Research and target new customers, particularly within the electronics sector, to expand our network.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships: Establish trust and ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication and support.
- Lead sales presentations and contract negotiations: Present QIMA’s solutions and negotiate contracts with potential customers to secure business.
- Create and implement sales strategies: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, specifically in the electronics segment.
- Analyze sales performance: Monitor and assess sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies for optimal success.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure seamless support for sales initiatives.
- Attend industry events and trade shows: Represent QIMA at relevant events to expand the customer base and maintain strong industry connections.
- Extensive experience in business development or sales, ideally within the electronics industry.
- Proven success in acquiring and managing B2B customers, with a focus on long-term relationships.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Preferably 5+ years of professional experience in the Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) industry.
