SAIC is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Leader to drive growth in support of U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) and the National Security Agency (NSA). This high-impact leadership role will support growth within SAIC's Defense Agencies and Joint Missions Market (DAJM)  and National Intelligence Market focusing on delivering mission-aligned, cutting-edge cyber solutions across the USCYBERCOM and NSA enterprise and its broader joint and national mission partners — including DISA, the Joint Staff, and other Agency-level cyber entities.

This is a senior leadership position that allows you to shape the future of national cyber and signals intelligence solutions while driving SAIC's growth objectives across the defense and intelligence enterprise.
What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a cyber-focused growth strategy centered on USCYBERCOM and NSA, connecting emerging cyber domain challenges to mission-driven solutions across the joint and national defense enterprise
  • Identify and pursue cyber-focused opportunities aligned with the strategic needs of USCYBERCOM and NSA, including support to DISA, the Joint Staff, and other national-level cyber and intelligence entities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior cyber and signals intelligence leadership within USCYBERCOM and NSA to position SAIC as the premier partner for innovative, mission-aligned cyber and intelligence solutions
  • Drive the identification, qualification, and management of a robust opportunity pipeline supporting USCYBERCOM and NSA, and the broader DAJM portfolio
  • Leverage deep knowledge of key cyber disciplines — including Zero Trust architecture, IAM/PAM, SOC/SIEM/SOAR, endpoint security, cloud security, and vulnerability management — to shape innovative, mission-aligned solutions in support of USCYBERCOM and NSA mission requirements
  • Apply expertise in cyber threat intelligence, signals intelligence (SIGINT), and national cyber operations to inform opportunity strategy and help customers anticipate and respond to evolving adversarial threats
  • Guide competitive assessments and price-to-win strategies, ensuring alignment with USCYBERCOM and NSA priorities and DAJM portfolio objectives
  • Oversee the development of proposal strategies and win themes tailored to the specific cyber and intelligence needs of USCYBERCOM and NSA
  • Serve as a key participant in senior-level reviews, strategic planning sessions, and customer engagement efforts, delivering actionable cyber and intelligence-informed recommendations
  • Connect cyber domain challenges to broader mission-focused solutions, bridging the gap between technical cybersecurity and intelligence requirements and enterprise mission outcomes
Qualifications

We are seeking a results-oriented, innovative, and collaborative leader with a proven track record of business development success. Candidates should demonstrate the following:

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree and 18+ years with substantial experience in defense-focused business development and cyber solutions

  • Deep Expertise and Proven Leadership in USCYBERCOM and NSA: Comprehensive understanding of the missions, structures, acquisition strategies, and cyber and intelligence program priorities of USCYBERCOM and NSA, with substantial experience shaping cyber and intelligence solutions that address their most complex operational and technical challenges
