The Senior Business Development & Commercial Lead (Europe) is a senior, revenue-owning role responsible for driving European client acquisition and long-term commercial growth for People & Partners Group.
This role focuses on originating, structuring, and closing high-value, multi-service engagements across Employer of Record (EOR), Payroll, Executive Search, and HR Advisory. It is a consultative, relationship-led position suited to a commercially mature professional who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and measurable outcomes.
The role is not transactional or volume-driven; success is defined by quality deals, recurring revenue, and strategic partnerships.
Identify, engage, and win European clients operating in or expanding across Africa
Lead senior-level consultative sales discussions with HR Directors, CFOs, COOs, and Founders
Structure and close complex, multi-service, recurring contracts
Build and activate referral, channel, and strategic partnerships across Europe
Own client relationships end-to-end, from initial engagement through contract execution
Contribute to commercial strategy, pricing models, and service packaging
Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales leadership, or commercial roles
- Proven track record of closing complex, consultative, high-value deals
- Experience selling professional services such as HR, payroll, outsourcing, advisory, or similar solutions
- Strong European business network; exposure to African markets is a strong advantage
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- High level of commercial judgment, ownership mindset, and self-direction
