L’équipe Consumer Analytics Solutions aide nos clients à piloter leur stratégie marketing à partir d’analyses issues du panel HomeScan, en utilisant à la fois les achats réels des consommateurs et leur déclaratif. 

 

Vos missions  

  • Vous développez l'activité commerciale de votre portefeuille de clients de la grande consommation : connaissance des enjeux business de vos clients, détection d'opportunités de croissance, Prospection. Pour cela, vous identifiez, en coopération avec les équipes internes dédiées à vos clients, les problématiques auxquelles vous pouvez apporter une réponse pertinente. 

  • Vous assurez la gestion des projets que vous avez vendu en collaborant avec les équipes de production on-shore ou off-shore.    

  • Vous réalisez et analysez des études basées sur le comportement / le déclaratif consommateur afin de formuler des recommandations opérationnelles, que vous présenterez à vos clients.   

  • Vous développez la connaissance et la visibilité des solutions consommateur auprès de vos interlocuteurs. 

  • Vous contribuez à l’élaboration d’insights sur des thématiques transversales à valeur ajoutée pour vos clients.  

   

Vos compétences  

  • Vous êtes un professionnel confirmé (minimum 6 années d’expérience). Par votre expérience au sein d’un département études ou marketing en institut ou chez l’annonceur, vous saurez apporter votre expertise, votre vision, et votre réseau. 

  • Votre talent commercial et votre aisance relationnelle permettent de déclencher et transformer en opportunités vos rendez-vous clients et assurer ainsi la croissance du business.  Orienté(e) revenu et satisfaction client, vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel et de capacités de communication avérées.   

  • Vous avez une réelle fibre « consommateurs » et vous savez restituer des informations complexes de manière simple et synthétique. Votre créativité permet de proposer de nouvelles solutions adaptées aux besoins de clients. 

  • Vous aimez participer à toutes les étapes d’un projet depuis la vente jusqu’à la restitution. Vous avez une excellente organisation et savez gérer vos priorités.   

  • Votre capacité à travailler en équipe permet d’optimiser vos rapports avec les différentes équipes expertes. 

  • Vous avez un excellent niveau de français et vous parlez anglais couramment afin d’être à l’aise dans vos échanges quotidiens avec nos équipes internationales.   

  • Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise des outils Microsoft afin d’être autonome dans vos missions
