    As a Senior Business Developer, you will:

    • Identify and qualify high-potential EMS opportunities within key sectors such as industrial, automotive, and IoT,
    • Apply a structured Strategic Account Planning approach: map target organizations, build connections with key decision-makers, and understand their selection criteria,
    • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to final contract negotiation,
    • Provide critical field insights (market trends, technological shifts, competitor activity) to support internal teams (quotation, marketing, product),
    • Represent LACROIX at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences,
    • Collaborate closely with the VP of Business Development to align with company-wide strategic goals,
    • Onboard and grow new customer accounts that match our predefined qualification criteria (market, plant capability),

     

      Qualifications

      The profile we are looking for will have : 

      • Mandatory and substantial experience in the EMS industry (minimum 5 years),
      • Strong track record in B2B business development, ideally in an international context,
      • Expertise in selling tailor-made solutions and complex services,
      • Proven ability to manage long and intricate sales cycles while maintaining strategic relationships,
      • Excellent negotiation and communication skills,
      • Fluent in English; French is a plus,
      • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365,
      • Strategic, resilient, and highly results-driven mindset.
