Job Description
This position follows our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in the office 2-3 days a week at the St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office location.
This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
The Senior Business & Data Analyst – Wealth Management plays a critical role in bridging business needs and data insights within the Wealth Management organization. This role partners closely with Product Managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand objectives, analyze data, and define clear business and data requirements that support successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis expertise, a deep understanding of financial services and wealth management, and experience working with complex data. They are comfortable evaluating current-state data and processes, supporting data migration efforts, and translating business needs into well-defined requirements that guide solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities, including discovery, requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and data needs, and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Define and document business and data requirements that support reporting, analytics, and operational use cases.
- Support data migration efforts by reviewing current-state data, identifying inconsistencies, and helping align existing data sources to future-state business needs.
- Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly to both business and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with project team members to support planning, documentation, execution, and testing activities.
- Apply sound judgment related to risk management, change management, and issue resolution.
- Perform additional responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational objectives.
Experience & Background
- 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role, preferably within financial services.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Experience supporting data migration or data transformation efforts is strongly preferred.
- Broad financial services experience is highly desired.
- Wealth Management experience is required.

Tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
- Experience working with reporting, analytics, or data tools is a plus, but hands-on technical expertise is not required.

- Serve as a key liaison between business teams, product partners, and delivery groups.
- Apply deep knowledge of wealth management and financial data to support strategic initiatives.
- Think analytically and make sound recommendations based on data and business needs.
