Job Description:

Lead enterprise-level consulting engagements focused on operational optimization, financial performance improvement, and value-based care strategy execution.

Partner with market and corporate leadership to identify business challenges, define scope, and develop strategic roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives.

Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; translate insights into actionable recommendations. 

15% 

Oversee project execution including planning, stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and performance measurement. 

10% 

Elicit, document, and validate complex business requirements; develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process maps; define acceptance criteria and ensure traceability; identify gaps and downstream impacts; and partner with engineering and data teams to design scalable solutions.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to business consultants and analysts; support capability development within the consulting function.

Facilitate executive-level presentations and cross-functional workshops to drive alignment and decision-making.

Contribute to the development of standardized consulting methodologies, playbooks, and performance frameworks.

  • Support enterprise transformation initiatives and strategic planning efforts. 

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements. 

  • Partner with analytics and technology teams to align business requirements with system capabilities. 

  • Participate in leadership forums and represent consulting function in cross-functional initiatives. 

  • Perform additional duties and strategic projects assigned. 

 

Required Qualifications: 

Minimum Experience: 

Experience - 5-8 Years

Must-have skills -

  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Requirement analysis / business analysis / workflow understanding 
  • Good verbal and written English communication.

Good to have skills

  • Experience working in agile methodology
  • Working knowledge of Sigma
  • Working knowledge of Cursor
  • Claude or ChatGPT experience
  • HL7 knowledge 

 

Education: 

B.Tech Computer science.. 
MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Deep understanding of value-based care models, healthcare financial drivers, and operational performance metrics. 

  • Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability. 

  • Experience developing financial models, business cases, and performance dashboards. 

  • Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. 

  • High level of business acumen, accountability, and strategic thinking.
