- You design and deliver solutions for financial services clients by understanding their problems and shaping the right solution using our platforms
- You act as product owner for your area, deciding what matters and focusing on value, not just delivery
- You are expected to use AI daily in your work (analysis, design, documentation, testing, communication).
- You contribute to building AI-native features, services, and workflows, not just classic configurations.
- You will work closely with great people from cross-functional teams (developers, AI-builders, technical consultants, UX designers, QA, infra, product), acting as the bridge between business, product, and tech.
- Understand customer needs, challenge them, and simplify them instead of just documenting
- Define and own solution scope and product direction for your area
- Prioritize work based on impact vs effort, not just client requests
- Translate business processes into simple, usable, scalable solutions
- Deeply understand standard product/business flows and match them with client flows, identifying gaps, misalignments, and opportunities to adapt the client to the product instead of over-customizing
- Avoid over-engineering and keep solutions lean
- Configure and customize the platform with focus on reuse instead of customization and product improvements instead of one-off fixes
- Continuously reduce complexity in flows, configurations, and user interactions
- Actively improve delivery by reducing effort, shortening delivery time, and increasing product quality for the client
- Use AI tools daily to speed up analysis, documentation, test generation, and solution design
- Contribute to building AI-driven features like automation, copilots, and smart workflows
- Identify risks early and propose simpler alternatives to avoid delays
- Continuously improve the core product by suggesting reusable features, removing unnecessary steps, and improving UX
- Own UX quality by collaborating with UX teams and ensuring simple screens, clear flows, and low user effort
- Align business and technical teams and push back when needed to protect product quality
- Build strong client relationships through clarity, transparency, and delivering working high-quality solutions
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in financial industry such as leasing, credit, insurance and services
- Degree in economics, business, engineering, or computer science
- Good understanding of financial services processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with focus on simple, pragmatic solutions and avoiding over-engineering
- Good communication skills with ability to act as a trusted advisor and product thinker
- Ability to manage multiple work streams while prioritizing what really matters
- Detail-oriented and results-focused without losing the big picture
- Strong team player able to work across different functions
- Experience and strong interest in using AI tools in daily work and product design
