Senior Business Consultant (IAM)

As Senior IAM Business Consultant you will be a trusted independent advisor to clients, leading the design and implementation of future proof IAM strategies. You’ll play a crucial role in strengthening organizations' cyber resilience by identifying security risks and developing robust improvement roadmaps. 
 

What you'll do as Senior IAM Business Consultant 

• Lead presales consultations and advise clients on IAM product selection and implementation. 
• Present IAM solutions to stakeholders from operational to C-suite levels. 
• Develop roadmaps and guide clients in prioritizing and implementing IAM solutions (utilizing industry-leading technologies, for example (be not exclusive to) SailPoint, Omada, Saviynt, Microsoft, CyberArk) 
• Collaborate with client (IT, Security, HR) and internal teams (Technical Consultants, Sales, IT Operations) to ensure seamless system integrations. 
• Contribute to the growth and innovation of our IAM services portfolio. 
• Stay current with IAM trends and obtain certifications (i.e. CISM, PSPO, Azure Security – with our full support).

You'll drive client satisfaction, solve complex IAM challenges and influence key cybersecurity decisions. You’ll play a key role in securing digital identities, ensuring business continuity for (global) organizations across Europe, whilst shaping our services portfolio. Your knowledge will be of value to your colleagues through mentorship and the IAM industry through thought leadership. What you'll bring to the team 

• Experience: 5+ years in consultancy, with some experience with facilitating or implementing IAM programs. You are also familiar with information security regulations (e.g., GDPR, NIS2) and how they affect IAM practices. Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk is a plus. 
• Skills: Strong stakeholder management across all levels, with a commercial mindset to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities. Project management experience (both waterfall and agile). 
• Languages: Business proficient in Dutch and English, both written and verbal. 
• Education/certifications: Obtained a degree in Business Informatics, and holds relevant information security certifications 
• Availability: You are available for at least 32 hours per week and can work from our Waardenburg office twice a week. 
• Drivers License: You have a valid EU driver's license. 
• Work Eligibility: You must already hold a valid working visa for and already live in the Netherlands / Belgium / Europe to qualify for this role.

• Our diverse team consists of 17 consultants (5+ nationalities: South Africa, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands; with a 1:3 split between females/males), experts in all aspects of IAM (AM, IGA, PAM) and related fields like cryptography and software development. 
• Our projects secure identities for local and international organizations (that have over 100,000 users across various regions of the world). We're super proud to lead a huge IAM project to secure the identities of a governmental organization's application that is being used by ALL residents of the Netherlands! 
• Our team spends time each Friday sharing knowledge, aligning on projects and celebrating successes. During our last team outing, we all managed to get out of our escape rooms in time!
