Senior Business Consultant – Business Advisory

So, what’s the role all about?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Consultant to join the NICE Actimize Global Business Advisory practice. This role is focused on delivering end-to-end business advisory services to clients in the financial crime domain, driving business transformation, and maximizing the value of NICE Actimize solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you will engage with customers and prospects to provide strategic guidance, improve operational performance, and support adoption of financial crime solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping customer success, enabling business growth, and advancing NICE Actimize’s advisory capabilities.

How will you make an impact?

Business Advisory & Consulting

  • Deliver value-driven consulting services across financial crime, business transformation, and performance improvement
  • Provide direct and indirect advisory to clients on compliance, operational efficiency, and financial crime mitigation strategies
  • Develop and implement advisory frameworks and execution plans that deliver measurable outcomes
  • Help clients maximize ROI from NICE Actimize solutions and investments

Client Engagement & Delivery

  • Participate in global advisory engagements as part of the Professional Services organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, sales, and delivery
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to account teams throughout the client lifecycle—from opportunity identification to delivery and success
  • Drive customer success through solution adoption and value realization

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client base
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and campaigns for advisory services
  • Support development of new service offerings and consulting capabilities
  • Promote the value of NICE Actimize consulting services internally and externally

Thought Leadership & Capability Building

  • Provide mentoring and guidance to team members
  • Deliver thought leadership across financial crime and compliance domains
  • Establish strong relationships with internal teams and external partner ecosystem
  • Support development of best practices, frameworks, and knowledge assets

Have you got what it takes?

Experience & Education

  • 4–5+ years of experience in financial crime consulting within consulting firms, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, or services organizations
  • Proven experience in advisory delivery and business transformation initiatives
  • Experience working across multiple markets and geographies preferred
  • Demonstrated business development and client engagement experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/B.Tech) required; MBA/MSc preferred
  • Professional certifications such as ACAMS, ICA, or CFE highly preferred

Technical & Domain Expertise

  • Strong expertise in one or more areas:
    • AML Compliance
    • Transaction Monitoring
    • Sanctions Screening
    • KYC/CDD
    • Fraud Detection
  • Understanding of compliance, strategy, and operations domains
  • Knowledge of business analysis, performance management, and quality frameworks
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
