We are currently searching for a Senior Business Consultant – Accounting & Soft Accounting (AA):
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Analyze, design, configure, test, and launch the 'Fully Negotiable Business Simple Loan' product.
Your Profile (Requirements)
- Strong background in accounting and soft accounting principles.
- Experience with the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and launching of financial products, specifically business loans.
- Willingness to travel constantly across the project locations within Mexico.
- Must be physically located in Mexico City or willing to relocate.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
- Experience working with Temenos products.
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
Languages
- Advanced Spanish.
- English advanced is NOT necessary.

- Proven track record of gathering requirements and configuring complex financial software
- Experience in the banking/fintech sector
- Advanced oral English
- Advanced Spanish
- Must be physically located in Mexico City; role is Hybrid/On-site
- High-performance mindset (resilience, emotional intelligence, agile delivery focus)
- Technologist DNA: clear understanding of coding vs engineering
- Experience implementing Core Banking solutions or major financial ERPs (e.g., Temenos)
