In this role you will:
- Be a subject matter expert on the cash management products suite, including analysis pricing and setup, Check and ACH Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture
- Open new commercial accounts for clients, assist in initial and ongoing due diligence, and provide client education at onboarding and throughout the relationship
- Assist with gathering requested information for required audits
- Assist in updating client agreements to incorporate rule changes and new products/policies
- Complete documentation needed for enrollment of commercial products such as online banking, ACH and wire origination, remote deposit capture and mobile remote deposit capture, sweep accounts, account analysis, and positive pay
- Troubleshoot client issues, both internally and with our core processor, to resolution and escalate as needed
- Cross-sell bank services to existing and prospective clients
- Possess clear and working knowledge of all products offered by the bank, including specific operational and compliance settings required to establish the product or service
- Verify personal and business identification documents (CIP/KYC) and archive supporting documentation
- Bring excellent client service skills that will help you build professional relationships and curate interactions based on client motivations and needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of banking experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service
- Experience and understanding of the cash management products suite, including analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
