About the Role
The Senior Business Applications Developer works with internal and external stakeholders to understand, document, and develop against business system requirements.
You will play a key role in Arctic Wolf's Business Applications workplace by developing integration solutions across our ecosystem. Your understanding of Salesforce, NetSuite and various marketing and partner products will help you build effective integration solutions that allows data exchange between Arctic Wolf Network systems. These solutions are important to understanding customer engagement throughout the company.

Responsibilities
Build a strong understanding of integrations between assigned business tools and the overall ecosystem.
Assist with user access, roles, user acceptance testing, release cycle, and production support as needed by teams.
Serve as the business systems point of contact for assigned custom development within the Business Applications infrastructure.
Develop business process expertise; prioritize changes that strike a balance between strategic objectives and tactical needs.
Lead evaluations, prepare recommendations, and implement technology solutions to achieve business objectives.
Partner with Business Systems Managers to transform business requirements into a technical solution that meets maintenance, data integrity and security standards.
Have experience building and delivering full development solutions, including: implementing complex designs in a systematic and organized manner; writing well organized, testable, and high performing code; bug-fixing and on-going maintenance.
Who You Are
Strong Applications Development Background
Hands-on tool/design/delivery experience with API based integration architectures, micro services design, and good knowledge of integration patterns and Agile Integration techniques
Experience in Modeling & Transformations techniques (UML, Data Modeling, Schema Mapping)
Experience in designing orchestration and choreography-based integrations
Experience in full development (AWS, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Python, APEX, SOQL, SQL, SOAP and REST API)
Working knowledge of Corporate Business Systems (i.e.. CRM, Marketing Automation, PRM, CMS, and ERP tools)
Working knowledge of Business Operations practices (i.e.. Quote to Cash, Sales and Marketing Demand Generation)
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and technical unit testing; GitHub and JIRA a plus
Excellent organization skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills

5+ years experience with Business Application Development
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The base salary range for this job family is 74,000 to 240,000 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
