Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be part of Sales Operations talent pipeline, which aims to develop his or her functional skills in an accelerated manner
- Involve in a variety functions in Sales Operations with primary focus on distribution operations management
- Focus on data integrity maintenance, data analytics & reporting, and efficiency improvement initiatives in process and tools leveraging AI
- Support execution of performance optimization tools and initiatives
- Manage strong relationships with external and internal key stakeholders
- Conduct distributor performance management with increasing responsibility and scope upon readiness. Key responsibility and activities could include:
- Support and lead Revenue/order loading, POS (Point of Sales) and MOS (Month of Sales) discussions in assigned distribution accounts as direct and key interface
- Roll-up forecasts and leading indicators across distributors, and challenge the inputs based on observed patterns (historical, analytical tools, ...) and develop scenarios
- Track and challenge distribution account operational performance through commercial intensity and data analytics empowered by comprehensive data sources, and advanced processes and systems
- Drive Revenue and POS results, and improve inventory efficiency in distribution accounts
Qualifications:
- Minimum BS/BBA degree in finance, data analytics, management information systems, engineering or related field
- 0-3 years of related working experience. Experience in sales operations or distribution management function in semiconductor multinational companies is preferred
- Strong analytical problem-solving, coordination and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to take initiative and drive for results
- Good team player, who can collaborate effectively with peers, and people in different functions
- Agile learner, organized, methodical, detail oriented, and high business ethical standard
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
