About the Role
Responsible for leading a full range of business analysis within Flinders Information and Digital Services division, you will be working in a dynamic, evolving space. This is an opportunity to not only work through a defined piece of work (technology uplift of our TechnologyOne Student Management System) but also a great opportunity to gain experience within Higher Education.
You will be:
Leading and conducting business analysis and documentation activities including process modelling, data and configuration analysis.
Managing and prioritising requirements.
Communication, including managing conflicts, issues and changes and ensuring that stakeholders and the project team remain in aligned on the solution scope.
Undertaking a wide range of service transition activities, including transition planning and support, change management, release and deployment management, service validation and testing, user training and support, evaluation and knowledge management.
About You
A dynamic, self-starter, you possess the high-level strategic thinking, planning and analytical skills to deliver project outcomes and meet the University's strategic goals. Your broad experience in agile ways of working, (including exposure to scaled agile methodologies and/or collaborating and delivering through a matrix structure), have equipped you with the exceptional interpersonal influence and the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across a diverse organisation particularly during the design, management and implementation of customer solutions.
It is expected that the successful candidate hold an appropriate tertiary qualification in Information Technology or relevant technical area, and / or equivalent relevant experience in an IT environment, along with relevant and current industry training and certifications in business analysis and enterprise agile methodologies. Experience working with Student Management Systems or ERP systems, especially with TSCI or other compliance reporting would be beneficial.

Skills Required
