Lead integrated program management for the Flinders HealthCare Centre activation, overseeing governance, reporting, risk and dependency control, cross-workstream coordination, sequencing, milestone attainment, and readiness for transition into the new facility.

Provide operational and administrative support for the Flinders HealthCare Centre activation program by coordinating workstreams, maintaining program registers, preparing documentation and reports, tracking milestones and actions, and supporting readiness, change and stakeholder engagement to deliver program outcomes.

Lead business analysis for a TechnologyOne Student Management System uplift: conduct process modelling, data and configuration analysis, manage and prioritise requirements, liaise with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and align scope, and deliver service transition activities including change management, release/deployment, testing, training, support, and evaluation in an agile environment.

Lead development and delivery of international student recruitment plans across multiple regions; manage a team, budgets and initiatives; represent the university at events and roadshows; collaborate with internal stakeholders; produce reports and business plans; undertake interstate and international travel and work outside normal hours during peak periods.

Provide laboratory technical support for undergraduate teaching: prepare, set up and operate equipment and materials; collaborate with academic and technical staff; maintain safe, compliant teaching environments (WHS, risk assessments, equipment maintenance); manage stock, documentation and continuous improvement to support smooth delivery of practical classes.

Lead enterprise digital strategy and transformation across teaching, research and operations; oversee digital programs, cyber security, data platforms and analytics; advise executive leadership and Council; build high-performing multidisciplinary teams and partnerships to deliver a secure, scalable, future-ready digital ecosystem.

Support delivery of infectious disease point-of-care testing programs, focusing on hepatitis C POCT. Provide operator training, competency assessment, quality management, device troubleshooting, data management, onsite testing campaigns (including correctional services), and contribute to research coordination and program publications.
