As a Senior Business Analyst at ICON, you will analyse and improving business processes, systems, and strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.


What You Will Do:

Your experience in business planning and analysis will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, translating them into actionable plans and solutions.
  • Developing and presenting reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and strategies to senior management.
  • Implementing and monitoring business solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Facilitating cross-functional workshops and meetings to drive project outcomes and foster collaboration between teams.

Your Profile:

You will have a strong foundation in business planning and analysis, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution development.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
