Role Overview
Iron Mountain is seeking a highly strategic, motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Project Management Office team.
In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a core consultant and practice leader, driving Iron Mountain’s most complex digital transformations, evaluating product feasibility, standardizing the business analysis service catalogue, and influencing senior executives to align technology with tangible business value.

What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Artificial Intelligence & Strategy Delivery: Lead the business analysis lifecycle for advanced Artificial Intelligence programs, specifically focusing on Agentic Artificial Intelligence deployments, generative Artificial Intelligence solutions, and predictive machine learning models.
Financial & Business Outcome Measurement: Quantify outcome-based value realization by measuring productivity improvements, capacity gains (such as Full-Time Equivalent savings), and tracking uplifts across Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Effort Scores.
Strategic Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Act as an internal consultant to C-suite and senior functional leaders across Finance, Commercial, and Customer Care divisions, utilizing objective, data-driven frameworks to manage conflicting priorities.
Practice Leadership & Architecture: Take ownership of growing the business analyst practice into a standardized service catalogue, conducting high-level architectural gap studies, enterprise process mapping, and system rationalization for Mergers and Acquisitions integrations.
Agile Governance & Playbook Creation: Create standardized playbooks, Business Requirement Documents, Low-Level Designs, and Traceability matrices while ensuring strict Agile governance across the delivery lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years of overall professional experience, with 6+ years of proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Technical Product Manager, or Technology Consultant in a highly matrixed enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of modern enterprise application workflows and systems, specifically Salesforce Suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce), Oracle (Enterprise Resource Planning, Financials, core data architecture), ServiceNow (Information Technology Service Management, Customer Service Management), and Analytics platforms (Looker Studio, Power Business Intelligence, Tableau).
Demonstrated experience implementing Agentic Artificial Intelligence workflows, predictive analytics, and Natural Language Processing solutions.
Elite verbal and written communication skills with a strong background in internal or external consulting, navigating executive steering committees, and influencing cross-functional leadership without formal authority.
A Master’s Degree is strictly preferred (Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance, Analytics, or Information Technology Strategy is highly desirable).
Strongly preferred industry credentials such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Institute - Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4.
