- 3 – 6 years’ experience working as business analyst

- Be able to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions and ensure that the solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce the needed reports
- Experience in writing user stories including acceptance criteria in BDD format and knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Work closely with clients, Dev and QA teams.
- Be able to support user acceptance testing and field any queries quickly and effectively
- Have excellent time management, analytical, communications (written & oral), decision-making and planning skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Collaboratively work with all stakeholders – Management, Product Management, Development, QA and Implementation teams.
- Gathers technical specifications so that the product can be developed.
- BTech/BE/MBA or equivalent discipline
- Functional Knowledge: Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
