Job Description: Senior Business Analyst (Qatar)
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and gap analysis sessions.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
Support system implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews.
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements applicable in Qatar.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems and digital transformation projects.
Proficiency in business analysis tools, documentation standards, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to work independently and lead junior analysts.
Preferred:
Experience working in the Qatar or GCC region.
Relevant professional certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
Skills Required
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems and digital transformation projects
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, documentation standards, and methodologies
